Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Short Kicks, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, safely, and as quickly as possible. We strive to dispatch most orders within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Delivery Timings

  • Domestic orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Standard delivery across India takes up to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.
  • Orders Below ₹999: A shipping charge of ₹99 applies.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional ₹100 COD fee is applicable on all COD orders.

  • Shipping timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
  • Customers will receive shipping and tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refused deliveries.
