Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 5 days of delivery. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible unless otherwise stated.

How to Request All requests must be submitted through our official portal — we do not accept requests via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other channel. 👉 Return & Exchange Portal

Charges A flat fee of ₹100 applies to all returns and exchanges. Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Pickup Policy Reverse pickup is attempted up to 2 times. If both attempts fail, you must self-ship to our return address. Reverse pickup is subject to PIN code availability. Bulk orders are not eligible for reverse pickup.

Exchange Policy Each item can be exchanged only once. Once an exchanged product is delivered, no further exchange or refund is permitted for that order.

Wrong Product / Missing Item Contact us immediately with an unboxing video of the sealed package. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Quality Check All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Requests will be rejected if items are damaged, show signs of use, have been washed, or are missing original tags or packaging.

Refunds Processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after warehouse verification.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Issued as store credit to your registered email, valid for 12 months.

Sale & Final Sale Items

  • No returns on sale items.
  • One exchange per item (same size or equal/higher value product, subject to availability).
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — no size, colour, or product changes.
