RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We are happy to offer return/exchange on any unworn items, except clearance sale items, within 72 hours of delivery. No further actions can be taken on this.
Pick-up for exchange will be attempted twice. If the courier company is still unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pickup is subject to availability of the service in your area’s pincode.
Kindly note that returns for bulk orders are not eligible for pickup, customers must self-ship the items to our return address at their own cost.
The items must be unharmed, unworn, unwashed and should be in their original packaging with tags intact.
A flat fee of Rs 100 per product will be charged for exchanges and returns.
Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions, such as refund or exchange, would be applicable on that order.
In case of receiving a wrong product or a missing item, please provide an unboxing video of the package.
If the returned product is in poor condition or shows signs of use, the return/exchange request will be rejected, and no refund or exchange will be issued

Refund Process:
Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive and verify the returned item in our warehouse.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank payment used at the initial checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credits to your registered email ID, valid for 2 months.
Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable in cases of returns.
Sale Order policy:
No returns are allowed on any items purchased during the sale period. Only one exchange per item is allowed, with the option to exchange for the same item or another product of higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).Exchanges during the sale are subject to size availability.
